Lost Book Policies

Students are required to return all materials in good condition.

Due dates are indicated on the back of the item in stamped format.

Overdue notices will be sent out to students with materials that have not been returned in excess of 30 days.

If an item is lost or damaged, students must pay for the item before any further item is checked out.
MCPS Regulation on Lost/Damaged Materials
A financial obligation is money owed to replace or repair MCPS property that has been lost or damaged, or to reimburse MCPS for unpaid fees owed by the student.
